This is the development of Harry Schoell, Cyclone Technologies LLP [Florida].  This unit is a two cylinder high pressure plant with a proposed output of 18 horsepower with a 9.4 cubic inch displacement, the complete unit is  just under 100 pounds all up. 

The video shows it running without load. 

 Rather impressive design with the furnace/boiler, engine, condenser and auxiliaries all built in including heat regenerative capabilities. 
A larger 6 cylinder 100HP unit is under construction.
