WANTED: Water Automatic for my 1920 Stanley

The water automatic on my car was built very crudely and I am not sure if ever worked. I would like to purchase a new/rebuilt/serviceable unit. Can anyone steer me in a direction?

Thanks,

Update. I took this thing totally apart and now understand it much better. It is home built, using a Bronze Globe Valve. They machined off the threads of the valve stem so it would move in and out without turning it. Clever. The seat in mine was very bad, so I ordered a 2010 model, as this one is quite old. Should have it soon and will get it configured to my automatic and update again.

Obviously I need to set the adjustments, so this should prove interesting.

My steam automatic is being rebuilt as I type this and that should solve other issues.

When these two things are done and installed, the car should be roadworthy and I might actually be able to drive it!

Tom
