Who knows this Locomobile ?

Hello.
I live in Belgium and I am new on this forum. I own a 1911 Stanley 10 hp, and I have just bought a 1900 Locomobile style 3 nr 851 wich looks very original. This car belonged to Ralph G. Burkhart (of Burkhart's Oil Co, Martinsburg, W.Va) and was exported to Europe in 1995 :I would like to trace the previous history.
Does somebody know this car ? Thanks for any information.
