13 hours left and there are no bidders. Starting bid is at $500. Engine seller is in Florida and he is new to eBay. Engine is called a Stanley when it is really a Locomobile. This could be a real opportunity for a buyer.

No bids until less than hour of closing, and then it only sold for $1,025. Pretty low priced.

I "won" this item and after 3 unanswered emails to the seller. I found the guy by phone by searching his ebay screen name ( he used his real name as screen name). He said he had sold and shipped the item "days ago to a guy in Texas"
Since the seller had (0) feedback score, I was not going to pay him without making sure he was for real. Glad I did not pay for it as soon as I "won" it.
The lesson here is, caution is the watchword on internet. The seller gave me the name of the guy he sold it to and I was able to talk to him tonight. He was unaware the engine was for sale on ebay. I take him at his word.
