Need Help with Identification:

We have no papers or serial number...We have a date of 1899 in some notes made by my grandfather. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the link to Photobucket. I can add more pictures it it would be helpful. Thanks so much!

The running gear of the unidentified car bears resemblance to a Locomobile, but the body appears to have been constructed to some pattern other than a Locomobile. In fact I've never seen a tiller-steer body quite like this, although I'm not an expert in the early cars.

I don’t think this is any help but that car reminded me on one that looks similar except the chaise is of unknown make. Frank Cook was working on this car before he passed away.
