Packing - I need to setup my stock!

Hey Guys, rather than searching and checking the sizes and on and on - What should I have in my stock for packing for condensor cars? I have my 735 and 740 - Everything is old, hard, dry, etc so most everything will need to be repacked.
What TYPE and SIZE should I be ordering up for fit:
Steam Valves
Fuel Valves
Air Valves
Piston Rods/Valve Rods
Finally made some good progress on the burner ring and it's about damn time I get this car under steam! Thanks for the help!

Check the pump plungers for hour glass shape wear,,,
lest the packings wont hold,,,Just trying to be helpful
