Sorry this took a while
Clip nut and top bolt Pictures show the inside and outside of the only 2 locating points off the felloe band to felloe. That is excluding the 6 folded clips retained by the dome head of the rim retaining bolt. These clips have opened out so are not stopping the band from twisting on the felloe.

Clamps picture shows the cobbled together clamps that have pulled the felloe band into alignment with the felloe over the last couple of days. gentle tweak with a socket a couple of times a dayhas the allignment within a mm now.
