Dear friends of steam,
my Locomobile Style 2 1900 was improved in 1905 with a Overman steam pump for feeding the boiler.
The car runs very well since many years but the steam pump always makes problems. Steam is blowing through the pump without pumping.
I reproduced all the inner parts as steam and water pistons and also the regulating pistons with little clearance as the used parts were worn.
Has somebody experience with an Overman steam pump running well?
