Wanted: Closed Car Hauling Trailer

The BettyAnne, our 1925 Stanley Steam Car, is nearing completion and we need a closed car hauling trailer with which to move it.

Yes, we are looking locally, but if someone in the steam car community has a closed trailer, 22' - 24' long with a 7' high roof, Carolyn and I would like to chat with you.

Our research suggests that the Featherlite brand is particularly good, being all aluminum and lighter than the plywood trailers. Much more expensive!

Thanks very much.

A couple of comments in regard to a closed trailer.
My trailer is a 20 foot trailer and is plenty long. Have room in front of the car for a couple of tool boxes and bench. probably a foot and a half behind the car also. You could even get by with an 18' trailer. Also consider what you will pull the trailer with. In my case I had to upgrade my pick up after my first trips. Good luck on finding one.
