I have drawn up solid models of the pointers for the kidney bottle indicator, pilot tank gauge, main fuel tank gauge, spindle the pointers are fixed to and the acorn nuts on the end of the fuel tank retaining cross rod. The files have been used to make replacements and they look OK.
Anyone interested in the files? I can email them as .stp or .iges format or native Solidedge. If you have access to a CNC mill they are easily run through.

I would like to make the unf acorn nuts that hold the fuel and water filters together. Nylocks on my car. I anyone can measure and pass on the overall length, width across the flats of the hex section, the height of the hex section and the diameter of the round acorn section it would be appreciated.
Not a huge problem as my next trip south I will get some measurements from a 735.
