Stanley Model 750 Rims - Firestone C4?

I am accumulating parts for my Model 750 (The BettyAnne II) restoration. She needs five rims (and two front wheel felloes). I believe they are Firestone C4, with the sleeve drive rim. I think they are the same as the Stanley Model 740. Is this correct? Many thanks!

It may be best to attach pictures of the wheel rims you need, which I believe are described Stanweld/Firestone Demountable /detachable type.
