<HTML>The SACA, N.E. Chapter website, under "Pictures", shows a Stanley (owned by Tom Dawson) dash detail showing a Foxboro Thermostatic Water Level Gauge. I used to work for this company, but this is news to me. Any body know more about this device - how it works, etc.? Is it like the Bristol-Derr with differential thermocouples?</HTML>

<HTML>At least on Tom's car, the bulb was mounted on the column just below the water level automatic. The gauge has long since lost its working fluid. Do you have any clue what it was?</HTML>
