<HTML>This is my first posting. The National Museum in Canberra Australia has a 1923 Stanley and it is my job to get info about it. As I have the engine number, is there any way I can trace the history of this car.

<HTML>I have the same challenge with my car number 23644 which I have just brought to England from the USA. The Stanley Museum do not have the original Stanley car records but would love to get there hands on them.
Can you confirm your car number it should be similar to mine ie: 23xxx

<HTML>You can ask if the Stanley museum will forward your request to the individual who holds these records. They don't seem to contain much information other than serial number, model and date of dispatch I belive, but I have successfully confirmed the identity of several cars, including my own no. 7644 with the aid of this information.</HTML>
