<HTML>anybody knows Spilling steam engine
and can be use in automobile?
also how is the " oil free engine " works?
please let me know, thanks</HTML>
<HTML>Dear Rok,
Spilling engines are build for using waste heat/steam in stationary power-plants. The one I saw was about 2 metres (6 feet) high and delivered 600 horsepower at 1500 rpm. The oil free engines use , I believe, some sort of ceramic coating and are only good for moderate superheat.
However, the design is simple and sturdy, the hollow piston valves are good for very free exhausting, and the counter-rotating valve-gear shaft makes for a good balancing. So a smaller engine build on the same lines may be useful for a steam car.
<HTML>Much of what spiiling has done is advanced.....SACA members are bringing stuff like the cyclone engine, to the National event.Which in turn, are even more advanced.
Others are tickering with ideas that are promising in future ,not only meets, but steam engine /powerplant supply distribution as well.
We need all the folks like Spilling, tinkering that we can get, at this point.</HTML>

Do you know the dimension of the fluidised bed?</HTML>
