<HTML>Its a simple tube 3/4" OD with wall thickness of 3/32" and 19" long.
One end is flattened so there is a gradual taper for 3 1/2" so one end forms an oval that fits over the manual pump lever. The oval is 1/2" OD by 1" OD.
The handle will fit between two lugs under the drivers seat, hence there is no grip on the handle of a 740.

This is based on the original handle of a 1923, Stanley 740.
